Default Radio

Will a uconnect radio with Sirius cam and what not fit in the same exact space where a stock radio (single cd, no GPS, aux plug) currently sits without any mods to the dash?

It will fit if that is what your asking. All the radios that are offered in a Mopar product should fit.

Thanks man. Any idea on how much a dealer might charge to install something like this? I'm sure for them its a breeze. For me it would be like splitting the atom...

It is plug and play. All you have to do is remove parts of your dash. There is a write up on here or Project-JK for it. It would be much cheaper if you did it. They will probably charge 3 hours of labor.

Ya I'm sure it would be. I'm not very mechanically inclined like most of the jeepers on here though. I would almost rather pay the extra cash to have them to it the right way you know.

It's ridiculously easy... Its a crime what they would charge u to do it: I just installed an aftermarket HU and then a powered sub. Write up here:

If u can put in a light bulb u can definitely do it

The dealer will probably charge an hour labor (about $100), take it to a stereo shop and have them install it for aabout $50. But as mentioned, it's a slam dunk quick and easy install.
You may not feel good about doing it yourself and I'm sure that we can all respect that. Things can get broken if you haven't worked on vehicles before.
