I have a 2009 rubicon with remote start and stock alarm. just recently the red circle light in the upper right hand corner will randomly start flashing then go off then flash again while driving. I noticed it pulling out of a parking lot and again driving down the freeway. I know this is the security light but it should only flash while parked or for a second after starting I believe. Any help on this or reason why it is doing it?

 

Remove the negative wire from it battery for 20 min
