are you talking about the six disc DVD?

I'm looking forward to any info on the system...I placed an order for my Jeep which includes the 6 disc DVD and nobody (not even the dealer) seems to know its full capabilities...

 

Im watching this closely myself as I dont want to wait for jeep to release there system either.(Im not very patient when I want something)..

 

has anyone found out if there is a video out ??

 

Has anyone dug in to find out if there is a video out.. I have proved that I can load a DVD with folders and Dual Layer up to 7.4 Gig of music.. and I also can put in a video (movie) DVD and it plays the audio.. Just need to find out if it has the Video out .. I guess I will have to pull it out this weekend.. Jay

there is no video out on the rear, it is on one of these sights, listed as getting to the radio. Im sure there is a harness that will eventually come out that will have one, they wouldnt have gone through the trouble of putting that menu option in there with the dvd, i was so excited when i saw that it had the "dvd video" stamp. Unless you are good enough to find the pins that give the video, either way, i cant wait for this thing to get hacked.

 

that post that your talking about the person who wrote it did'nt have the "DVD" stereo...if that is what your talkin about...

 

Has anyone found a break down on the dash and how it comes apart.. Before I try it break something..???
