Susquehanna Hella HEadlight Kit
You'll be thrilled, it's so much better than stock that you'll be looking for excuses to go cruising/offroading at night! I always felt that I had to run the fogs with the low beams to have at least a chance of being able to see what I was about to run over!
Having seen a 1st class setup with the Hella E-Codes, in no way are they inferior to the Cibies, the difference between them is more than made up by running the fog lights, that gives you just as good a spread as the Cibie/fog combo plus a brighter hot spot.
And you will certainly find the illumination from the 65/55 watt bulbs more than adequate. But what's the fun in that? You've got a high power harness, put it to use! Well, at least you got the option.
This past weekend I installed the Hella Yellow Star 130/100 Yellow Star H4 bulbs as well as the Osram 55 watt All Weather H7s in the Hella 90mm fog lights in the FabFour bumper. Susquehanna has terrific fast service, the bulbs were here in 2 days.
There is a decided yellow tint to the lighting, it's bright (remember I have 50% windhield tint) even though it's a much lower color temp, so much so that I don't feel like I lost any capability over the Osram 85/80 bulbs.
Now at 100 watt low beams they will probably burn out quicker of course, but that's why I ordered 4 of them! They are cheap enough.
Carefully set the cut off, and haven't been flashed even once. I had the Osrams too high one time, I was flashed by 2 school busses in the same morning!
Now I have reccommended the Cibie/Hella/Harness setup often enough, I just think that for a Jeep it is the best option, particularly if you take bad weather into consideration. One reason I am trying the Yellow Star bulbs. If you are going to be driving in bad weather, almost all of us with multiple vehicles would choose the Jeep.
I'm not against HIDs at all, for many they are an excellent opton.
Here is a photo of the new Xenon Depot HID 3K fogs in my Lexus IS350, they are also powered by a separate fused circuit (2 actually) with relays.

Mighty pretty, aren't they!

That looks real nice! Still waiting for my stuff to come from Susquehanna. They said that they had to make the harness, so that celayed it a few days. I can't wait to get decent lights!
I had trouble adding the item to a cart on the website. I got the following message... "We are sorry, our current stock levels are less than the quantity requested. Do you wish to backorder the remainder? 1 item will be backordered".
I called xxx-xxx-xxxx and spoke directly with Greg. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He indicated that the part number was going to change and the price was going up, slightly, to $203 and change. Greg took my order over the phone and honored the $199.94 price on their website.
Greg also shared that he has personally installed this kit on a friend's Jeep, in Vermont, and said that I would be very happy with the improvement over the stock lighting. He indicated that the life expectancy of the bulb is roughly 300-500 hours on a Jeep, due to the stiffness of the ride.
I will post my feedback on my purchase experience as well as the performance of the new lighting once I receive parts and install.

Still waiting for mine, ordered June 1st. Apparently the headlights were out of stock and took some time to get. They say it shipped yesterday, so hopefully will have it to install this weekend.
Those look fairly nice. I can't wait to see what they look light at night.
I never heard back from DS and am now looking at these. It seems these might be a great alternative to the Cibies. One of my concerns with the Cibies was availability, I was afraid that if one was broken it would be hard to find replacements. To me it seems these are more plentiful....

I just got mine today, its going to be a long wait until it's dark. The harness looks like it was built well, just cant figure out where to mount the relays so there just laying next to the battery for now. Here's a couple of shots of the the lights.
Don't be afraid to adjust the cutoff a bit high, these e-codes have great optics just like the Cibies I have.
Looks a lot more like a real Jeep, doesn't it.
I'd like to thank the OP, Clump, for this post, would never have found this without his post.
I just tried these things out in the dark and let me say that are freaking amazing, you can actually see the road. I am using the bulbs that came with the kit, 60/55W and they seem just fine for output and not too yellow. This would be worthless without any pictures so here are a few, low then high, pictures have a bit of a hot spot which is not really there, but the last two are a little closer to what it actually looks like.
Also let me add, this has to be the best money spent on a mod and totally blows away the stock lights.

Mine just finally showed up today. I ordered on June 1! It seems like they are fairly disorganized with shipping. The harness looks great. I can't install today, but will tomorrow and post some thoughts.
