So I couldn't get a hold of sPOD but called Rebel offroad those guys are awesome and the panel with mount only is $100. Thought I would post this since I couldn't find anything on it anywhere.

I had a hell of a time finding their contact number online but it's there near the bottom somewhere in size 2 font. Glad you got it worked out though.
