Default TPMS Reciever Problems

Yo,
So I have a 2013 JKUR that tells me the driver side rear tire isn't registering with the TPMS. I've switched my tires around to ones that I know work, but the Jeep never picks them up. The driver side rear is always MIA.

Where can I start working on the Jeep side of the TPMS (not the tire) to try to figure out what's loose or F*ed up?

Cheers,
Logicfix

I had an intermittent TPMS communication problem that was caused by RF noise from a device plugged into the cigarette lighter. This may not be the issue, but I'd start by disconnecting any added electronic devices.
