On my I-phone, I have to make sure the blue-tooth volume is turned up. (same volume control as the speaker uses but can only be adjusted when you are connected to the Uconnect)

x2...when I first got it, people had trouble hearing me, but after I turned it up, everything was fine.

Try pairing your phone to another bluetooth device and see if it is any better; if it's not, it's something with your phone. I've got my mic next to the stereo head unit and have had no complaints.

Its not just you. I have the same issues with my Mopar mic and it was the same on both my HTC Fuze and now my BB Bold. I have to turn the phone volume waaay up (too loud) and then people can hear me.
