I have a viper alarm. Idk what kind it is but it's pretty difficult to instal considering it wires to multiple circuits in your car. Take it somewhere and have it done. It's one of those things better left to a professional.

ive done a few viper 5901s i have one in my jk.. pretty easy these days using a CHALL interface with the D2D interface... their are a few threads on the topic... bascially you just need

viper alarm
Xpresskit CHALL
Xpresskit CHTH2

hook up power . ground . neutral safety wire. siren . hood pin .. thats about it... very easy compared to wiring up each wire.... the CHALL takes care of all the major wiring.. you can get the interfaces at most online car audio places. dont forget the 5901 defaults to manual trans so you have to go and change it to auto if thats what you have before the remote start will work.

Default Viper 791XV

...so we're packing up to move and came across a remote I purchased several years back and never installed, group buys are sometimes too good to pass!

Anyhow.... will the Xpress Kits work w/this model?

2012 JKU

Thanks!
