spliced to dash illumination, so all switches should light up with dash light on, right? here comes the puzzle..

Pic 1: all 3 switches at OFF, with the dash lights on, the switch in the middle does NOT light up, while the other two are good.



pic 2: all 3 switches at ON, all lights on (as supposed to be)



so what am i missing here? I am sure all the wires are connected correct. A bad switch?

 

I'm gonna have to say a bad switch. The switch will still work but the diod for the light is bad.

 

more thoughts?

The switches are with ARB lockers and compressor

 

I'd agree with the previous posts bad switch.

 

Despite sounding like a broken record, it's likely a bad switch.
