Default White Face Gauges

Has anyone installed colored gauge faces? I saw these on ebay:

Have any of you removed the stuff that covers to get to the actual gauges? If so, how difficult was it?

I bought a set for a toyota celica gts I had..It was easy just take your time, they lay over top the gauge faces you have stock.Just slide the gauge needles through the holes instead of taking the needles off.In the end they do look great but mine had lights made into the face covers with its own seperate light brightness controller, not sure about these though.

These definately look cool, but I have observed on my motorcycle that the white guages disapear if the sun is behind you. (reflecting back at you) I would be curious to see if the dash shades the guages enough for wheeling with the top off.
