Most of the 50" led bars people get are combo ones too meaning the exterior I think is flood LEDs and interior LEDs are spot pattern. I've got a 50" Hanma led combo bar that was around $420 shipped with a Wurton mount for $175 and when It's on, it's like someone turned on the sun

Does it make any noise when driving at highway speeds?

The video posted you had your HID aimed at the ground. Also, man are they blue. what kelvin are they? My Hella HID reaches way farther than that in a light color that is no where near blue. Yours are almost as dim as your headlights. for close up lighting however the 50" bar is NICE!
I have to see one in action. My buddy just put one on his truck. If I like it im going that route on the roof of my jeep too!

As for the grill. Pull it, scuff it with a green scuff pad, paint it. You can buy Berliner in a spay can. I did on mine as well.
