Default Wiring a winch

How would you guys run the wires from your winch to your battery? Is there any special way? Pictures would be great. Thanks.

Here's how I routed and hooked up my winch. I ran it under the grille, along the inside (passenger side) frame rail keeping the wires away from anything sharp and moving. In the one pic you can see I then routed it up between the fuse box and air box, then along to the battery.
