Light bar build...
Hey all,
Don't post much, mostly a lurker but I thought I'd post pics of a light bar bracket I made.
I had mounted my 50" light bar on a while ago and hated the turbulence it created on the soft top. Even though I only wheel at night in my rzr and don't need it on the Jeep, I thought the light looked cool so I wanted to mount it differently.
I came across a Jeep that had this and had to steal the idea so I made my own brackets.
Here's the Jeep I copied...
Here's the build and end result.
Started off with one design and it looked like crap, tore it apart and started over...
Had to make the passenger side mirror slide so I could remove it when wheeling.

Yes and no... the horrific turbulence over the top is virtually gone. However, that damn side mirror created a whole new type of wind noise...lol.
I need to sit in the passenger seat to verify it's that mirror but at the end of the day, yes, much better.
