The new JKU
Back at the starting line. It was a very rewarding experience doing this ourselves and we're proud of the "built, not bought" title that comes with it. There's still more to do, but we can knock that stuff out as we get time. Thanks for reading this far as I dump all the last few weeks into this post at once! More to come...
It's been a while since I updated the build, but I covered most of it right as it was happening and it's been a few months since then. The most recent things that we did were pretty basic as far as videos go, but we finally got the lift kit videos posted! We broke them up into 5 parts to make it easier to watch, but (in my opinion) they're some of our best videos yet! As anybody with a youtube channel knows, there will be those comments that say "Hey, check the torque specs on your door hinges" and "I would never do that" but overall, the feedback has been pretty good. While we may have done things our own ways in a few parts, we did it ourselves and we learned a lot. So go check em out, and we'll give you an update the next time that we do something! We have a Jeep trip planned from the 14th-16th of October and we plan on testing the new Synergy suspension out, finally! If we get some good footage, maybe we'll make a video of that, too. Cheers!
