Yeah. I have a stock rubi I run at 10 psi when im out.

If you are on rocks I would only go to around 13 psi with a Rubi. I almost lost a bead at 11 psi. Also, you need to make sure you use a couple gauges as they are not always that close. It is crazy how much better traction you get aired down!
Have fun.

Doing what your doing, logging roads etc., I wouldn't think you need to go down to 13... I'd stay around 18...20... probably lots of different opinions on that one

sounds like fun... enjoy

Yeah I think your right logging roads and some mud like he is talking about I would only air down to around 16-18. I only air down my 35 km2's to 13-14 on rock should I be going lower?

As others have mentioned, recovery equipment with basic tools...plus, I'd take along a JB Weld type product just in case.

Guns, Another vehicle, a GPS and a phone to add, also don't blast through puddles of water, or water in general. Extend your breather tubes if you plan on going into anything deeper than your tires sidewall.

All good tips !
Communications is a MUST....you don't want to get in trouble somewhere and CAN'T get help. If you can't get a cellphone signal where you are going or are "unsure" it doesn't cost much to rent a SATELLITE PHONE for emergenices. A feeling of security that is well worth it's weight in gold.

A cheap little come-a-long can work wonders. If you don't have to call them to pull you out then why bother....???

First off road weekend was a success! Went over some nice hills. Clime a few rocks. And road a long atv trail. With some steep inclines and mud. Jeep didn't struggle once. It was awesome. That's why I'm going to pick up some 35s tonight.
