Default How much can you air down 35" Goodyear MTR's safely for off roading.

I will be going to Colorado in September. I plan on running several trails in and around Lake City. How much can I safely air my tires down? I have 17" spy wheels. No beadlocks.

Thanks

Randy

I have 35" MTRs and go 12lbs, unless I'm in sand, then it's 9. I don't have beadlocks

Thanks. I was thinking of 20# but may go 15# since you have had no problems. I just don't want to pop a bead in the middle of no where in Colorado.

Heard you can wrap gorilla tape inside the rims (inner and outer)..and air down real low w/out bead locks.

I was aired down to 15 at rausch creek and the tires performed well on all terrains encountered... As for the beach, I don't think I've aired down yet this year...
