It is basically a pulley that increases your pulling ability with your winch.

It can help with angled pulls as well. Attach it to a tree and the winch line can be sent diagonal to another vehicle. Lots of uses, though. Very handy!

it will actually multiply (x2 for a single block) the pulling power of your winch
