I'm not using them yet. However I have talked with bunches of people that do. They love them. They say they are better than any other Jerry can out there. When I get my lod 3rd gen tire carrier this summer it ha roto pax holders built in. I'll be using roto pax then

I love my rotopax cans. The are made out of far thicker plastic than any other can I have seen. I have 2 on my jeep's swing out carrier. These cans are all but bullet proof. I left one half full and in the heat it appeared to expand to half it's size again larger. I released the pressure and after a day or two the can was nearly back to it's origional size. And even better not a single drop of a leak.

My rear bumper maker included the rotopax mount that looks like a winch mount plate. I opted for the locking mounts, and the ability to actually secure my fuel cans makes me feel better after dropping 200 big ones on them. Plus the cans look nice too.

Generally I am opposed to storing fuel cans in a vehicle. However my wife and I moved across country and we wanted to have a way to store extra diesel fuel for her grand cherokee. After seeing how much pressure the cans could withstand I didn't have many reservations about filling the can up an putting it in the back of the vehicle. After 3000+ miles, besides the little fuel that got spilled on the can at the station, we never smelled a wif of fuel.

If you buy them you won't regret it.

I have them as well same mount and very happy. Your supposed to be able to drive over them with out leaking. They are DOT legal as well, where I understand the metal cans are not...
