Show Your First Aid Kit
I tried a search and didn't come up with anything and I think it very well could be something of importance and that is the first aid kit.
I have one or two that are very old and more than likely outdated and should be replaced. So I would like to see what other people are using.
I know most all of you are aware of and trying to prevent accidents but I don't think I have read anything on after the accident. I've had CPR but it was so many years ago I am not sure how I should respond.

Would not hurt to go get a CPR refresher. Red Cross will do for free from time to time. Just a general first aid kit that can be purchased at most walmart type stores is sufficient for most people.

Mines a little more than the Walmart version, but I have kids and CPR/First aid certification. It's in a clear plastic case, so I can see everything (The kind they sell at dollar stores to hold CD's) . It contains the following:
Bandaids (in assorted sizes and character ones for the kids)
Sterile Gauze (pads and wrap)
Antibiotic Ointment (neosporin)
Hydrocortisone cream
Benedryl (adult and child)
Tylenol (adult and child)
Ace bandage
Alcohol wipes
Hydrogen Peroxide
CPR Mask
thermomter
Amodium AD
Instant Cold packs
Rubber gloves
Survival Blanket
Smelling salts
Needle and lighter for splinters
Steri strips
I know, I know, I over do it... but I'd rather be safe than sorry

there are several places online that you can order first aid kits.
they already come in a plastic case and orgaized. most basic ones will be 25-35 bucks and will have most everything for wounds and include some basic pain meds and fever reducers.
I keep one in every vehicle i have and it's a blessing to have if even just for 1 bandaid here and there when away from home.
