Tire pressure for 33" tires wheeling?

When I bought my Oasis auto deflators, they came with a chart for airdown. Need to know tire size and vehicle weight and it gives you a safe air down psi (along with all the disclaimers) that should prevent bead separation.

I guess it's just me, but I would think that each tire would be different as to how much air you can run before you pop a bead. I doubt very much there's a known standard...

Example: Tire: 285/70R17 Vehicle weight: 4000 lbs Safe airdown: 12 psi
