everything that i'd need to work on my JK (metric for factory parts) and a bit more (SAE for aftermarket parts). 18mm and 21mm are sizes that aren't in a lot of kits and are needed.

other misc stuff goes in another 2 bags and i have an ammo can filled with needed fluids.

Between a first aid kit, a full tool set, some under body protection, a high lift jack, flashlights, recovery kit, you could be pushing 1000 bucks on a stock jeep. It's totally necessary but there goes lift and tires for another year.
