I though all JK's had the D44 in the rear and D30 upfront?

Also thats another reason why I dont play on rocks. easier to snap a axle and lord knows what all else.

Thats why you don't turn your wheel left and right and gas it like an .... at the same time. If you wanna gas it, keep the wheel straight.

Here is my videos of some dude snapping his axleS

No kiddin. I've seen nine second all motor STREET driven big block Chevelles with C clips and when you realize all the stock 12 bolt had was a little bitty button on the end of the axle holding it in, you get shivers up your spine. That was just a plain stupid design if ever there was one.

I dont understand all the details about why Jeep put D35's in the '07's. I dont know how many actually recieved them, but i know for a fact, at least ONE 2007 2dr Automatic with 4.10's that most definetly has a D35 rearend. The owner of that one ALSO thought ALL JK's came with a D44 rearend, until it was far to late and it was sitting in his driveway.

It would be interesting to find out how many people got hosed with one.

Personally I've heard of more carnage in mud. You're going to have problems any time spinning tires suddenly find traction or resistance.
