I'm running 37's on a TF 2.5" coil lift with Bushwhacker flat fenders with no issues.

Interesting... I installed a 2.5 Rubicon express and was considering 315/75/17's but knowing I could possibly go bigger is tempting. What gear ratio are you running for those 37s?

How do you like the BW Flat fenders?

Not going to lie but the 37s are starting to look like the way I will go.

Do you have any pics of her flexed out?

It looked like 37's worked just fine with the 2.5" RK set up. I'll have to see pics when you get 40's on
Thank you.

They are on. Just need to do a bunch of "trimming" now

I'm running 2.5" MetalCloak springs with trimmed stock fenders and 37" MTR's. Did a bunch of trimming to maximize up travel and will never run anything smaller then a 37 again.

Parked in the driveway.

Checking to see if my bumpstops are right, but the ramp on the loading dock wasn't tall enough. Need to get it out in the dirt.

With the amount of cutting it looks like you did there isn't any fender left

I am guessing flat fenders would give the same up travel as cutting?

Yeah, I had Bushwacker flat fenders before. I went to these because I got tired of the Bushwacker flares getting ripped off everytime I leaned them on a tree. I don't drive my jeep that much so I didn't really care about tire coverage anymore.

The cutting I was refering to was more the pinch seam in front of the back tires, the wheel well opening behind the rear tires, the sliders, etc.

How much lift front and rear did those springs give you and how much bumpstop you running. Looks great nice stance I have a similar setup

Actual lift was between 2.5"-3".... I took off some 3" Skyjacker springs when I installed the metalcloaks and the jeep sits 1/4" lower in every corner.

The front, I'm running Sumosprings and a 1 1/4" puck spacer on the axle side. The rear, I'm running Teraflex speed bumps and their strike pads, so probably about 3" bumpstops. The front is just about perfect, the rear I could get away with less, but the speedbumps are pretty tall so it is what it is.
