Hey all I wanted to share an update on my 2009 JKUR. I bought this new when I was stationed in HI in 2009. Excellent vehicle. 130,000 miles almost. Anyway it has a few modifications but here she is: AEV 3.5” Dualsport lift, replaced front bumper and added a winch. Also customized and added a Phoenix Graphix 1975 Jeep Cherokee graphics set.

Thanks all - She’s my second vehicle that I don’t plan on ever getting rid of. I drive my 2017 Power Wagon daily to and from work and the Jeep on the other days. …Keeping it fun and something I’ll never get rid of like I did my 1984 CJ-7 (original owner and first vehicle I bought new).

My inspiration for the look. A good friend had this same Jeep Cherokee when I lived in Houston in high school. The CJ-7 was mine, drove it for 22 years and sold to a good home.

Love the Mopar highline fenders! I searched high and low for a set of them for over a year but eventually gave up. Do you have any pictures from the rear? Curious on how they line up with the AEV rear bumper's width.

 

The JL and JT grilles won’t fit a JK. The grille I have is made by grafting a JT (or JL) grille with a JK grille. The company that makes them is in Fort Myers, FL. I just checked their site and it looks like they stopped grille production due to the recent hurricane Ian. If you search online for JK to JL grille conversion there are some online from other makers.
