That bumper is called the Arcus bumper. I didn’t see the vendor listed as a site sponsor but if you search that name you should be able to find it.

 

The rear flares line up nicely in my opinion. There is a gap between the front most part of the water tanks to the flare but it’s aesthetics and to me not something that takes away from the fit. I also made a set of splash guards that mount directly to the Bumper screw inserts. Got them from the local O’Reilly for $20 and trimmed the top section.
