2015 Rubicon build.
Hello everyone. I decided to document this build here for anyone interested.
Background : I live 2.5 hrs from Moab in Colorado. (I know I suck ). My last rig was a 2005 TJ with a RE 4.5" LA extreme kit.
The idea was I needed a bigger jeep with more room to wheel, so I sold the TJ and traded the DD for a new Rubicon to build.

Ok. So last Friday I drove to Denver and purchased a new 2015 Rubicon from Pollard Off-road to build. So far since October 9th I have tinted the Windows, installed a cam can, and debadged it.
I initially wanted to install a MC 3.5" Game Changer lift. After purchasing the jeep I decided to do in depth research on over the counter, short arm kits. After some quick looking the three main players I became interested in were: MetalCloak, Currie, and Synergy.
After a full weekend of scouring the Internet and making phone calls the kit I decided upon was the Synergy stage 3, 3" lift. I have my reasons for choosing this setup over the other two but the kit is in route.
I also had to work on armor, I initially wanted PS Brawler parts. But Northridge had a sweet deal on Crawler Conceptz skinny bumpers and fenders that I couldn't pass up. Those have also been ordered. Fox 2.0 shocks have been selected for this build per Synergys recommendations. To be continued......

Ok! Bumpers and fenders came in yesterday. My garage is getting full. Quadratec actually had the cheapest price on the Synergy lift. However the Synergy stage 3 is a modular kit meaning it's just a group of shelf parts and whomever you purchase it through has to ensure they send all the parts. Thankfully due to my OCD I have searched the contents of each box checking off items. Long story short I discovered Quadratec had two items not even listed on their build sheet that should be included. Cudos to Stew in customer service who was on it quickly, and has the proper parts being air delivered to be sure I can install the lift this weekend. So. Without further jibber.
