BFG km2. With Terraflex leveling kit. perfect perportions. I didn't have the $ for a lift and 35" tires. So far I am happy. when I get a 2.5" lift this tire size will still work well. I ordered these tires last week. I was torn between 285/70 r17 and 285/75r17. I figured the extra $22 per tire wasn't worth the extra wt or the .3" dia.

Added Nitto Trail Grapplers 285 75r17 on stock 2012 Rubicon 17" wheels and no spacers where needed but I did shim out the steering stop bolts with a couple of washers each but turning radius is only slightly less. The benefit of no spacers is the wheels stay tucked in under the fenders and with my 2" AEV spacers lift there is no problem with full flex. The tires are over 2" taller than stock 255 75r17 and just a little smaller than 35's which is good because there's only about .5" clearance between the tire and the rear of the rubicon rock rail in the rear wheel well.
