First roof rack got me for 2 mpg. Two when i moved my high jack to the roof rack i kept the bottom of my ruggid ridge taolgate jackmont and rachet tied rotopax on there. Gping to ad camcans to tore as well for mor gas n water

Damn that sucks they look bad ass but if it cuts fuel to much then I guess I won't build one lol

I would not trade mine for anything. All my camp gear fits up there and i put our kayaks up there as well. Very little wind noise too. I lost more mpg when i lifted it then from the Gobi

Here's my start to the Expedition side, this was taken after testing out the new AEV snorkel I installed. Changes so far, Congo Rack, snorkel, CB, ARB Fridge, BFG 255/85r16 KM2's. On the front bumper (under the water on this pix) are my 2 Cibie Oscar driving lights, they are 32 years old & have been on every 4x4 I have owned since I was 16.

Main thing I need to work on is figuring out how to carry the ARB with more than 2 people on board with out lifting to the roof rack. I have a few ideas, but I'll will get it figured out.
