Default AEV snorkel installed!

Just thought I would share a few pics of the new snorkel. Took maybe 2 hours.....I was surprised how easy it was to just start cutting into the jeep!
The directions covered things pretty well....all in all a great product with good directions.
Only wonder I have is when it rains, how does it not get water in it? I feel like it should fill up....guess I will find out!

Looks great! i have the same snorkel and love it, except im using the fishbowl now with all the dust around here

The ram is suppose to perform as shown in the pic..
If you're going through a big puddle you can turn the ram air around

Also dont forget to extend your breathers!

I've seen that picture of how the RAM intake removes the water....but when I look at it in person it just doesn’t seem like it would filter it out to the edges like that.
Like Ludski mentioned wiht his above....I can see at least some water has to get in, but it also makes sense with that much air flow that it would evaporate pretty quickly.
