Is an Auto trans really that bad with a lift and 35"s??

I'm running 35s KM2 with a 4" TF lift, 5.13s and Superchip, getting ~16.5mpg highway, 14.5mpg city.

No power complaints.

The only issue you will have is hills, just turn off the OD so it doesn't drive you crazy downshifting. Ran 410's with 35"s for 3 years and then with 37"s for a bit before finally going to 513's. I was actually surprised with the 37"s and 410's, not bad at all. Only other mods are muffler back Borla and AirRaid, now chip or changes on programming. Those two did make a good difference though and made the stock 410's not seem much worse than with the stock 32"s.

It's sluggish with 4.10s but it's a jeep and I didn't buy it for speed

It really depends on your perspective on what's acceptable. I ran 315 (35's) for about a year on my 4 door auto with Superchips with OD off and it wasn't too bad. Then I upgraded to 37's and surprisingly it wasn't horrible either. I recently regeared to 5.13's and got some of my lost power and my over drive back.
