I acquired a 08 JK X a couple weeks ago and after fixing issues that it had when I bought (I knew about them). I am ready to start modding it! I already have a Rock Krawler 2.5" Max travel lift that was given to me and almost threw away because i didnt know what it was when i got it, im glad i decided to hang on to it lol. So Obviously that is going on after a little reconditioning (new Krawler joints,sway bar links/disconnects) and then im doing tires and maybe wheels, I havent decided what tires i want to use, i was thinking about 35's but Im not sure i want to anymore after seeing one a 2 door today that had a 2.5 and 35's and the tires look stuffed so i started lookin around and found pics of a few on 33's with a 2.5". so i need opinions before i start ordering stuff, also pics of 33's and 35's a 2.5" with stock wheels would be apreciated.

The day I actually got it in my possesion, top and doors off and my dog not caring about trying to get a good picture and then the jeep proving it's capable of pulling my boat around.

shocks are out for rebuild at RK
Brake Lines that were missing.

Superchips trail dash and dash pod (got it for a steal from 4wp)
RK Trac bar that was also missing from the lift
Rear Trac bar bracket
RK Max travel 2.5" minus trac bar/brake lines/ rear trac bar bracket

 

It's finally on the new tires but I'm still waiting for the spare to get here also got the retrofit source headlight kit in and currently assembling them.

Yea the other 3 were in a different box along with the rear lower control arms
