Its 2 tops in 1 offering is what I'm after. I've been doorless for over a month now, except for a few rainy days, but still prefer to have my top up. I really dislike that the rear corners of the factory top take such a beating when you ride doorless and the side and rear windoes out. The ability to remove the sides windows, rear corners, and rear window and quickly transform the top into a bimini style top is awesome. Plus my factory top has 3 holes in it from a nasty hail storm back in april. So insurance is paying for it anyways. Atleast for now untill my rates go up.

At this rate the canopy top feature is gonna be useless until next year cause it's looking like summer will be over before they come out

I might just cancel my order until next summer at this point. Whats the sense in having a summer style top if I'm going to get it 2/3 of the way through summer?...

I'm very disappointed.

I personally like the slant roof look of the top, and was set to purchase the older style, but when I saw this was to come out, and at the time, was only a month wait, I figured I could hold out.
Well that wait has now turned into 4 months.

Three things for me: It doesn't require a frame and therefore stowable, it will work with Bestop's softdoors, and it was free as part of the mopar bucks incentive included with the new JK purchase. So it would be the most portable top and door combination available. I read stories of it taking 20-30 minutes to manipulate a factory Sunrider soft top up or down, door frame and surround incompatibilities, door and top incompatibilities, etc. How did the drop-top, stowable door feature going back to the 1940's become so elusive?
