Default Big Thanks to Everyone!!!

Well, I just got my JK back from a local shop............where they installed the Teraflex 2.5" BB with shocks, Mickey Thompson MTZ's 33x12.5x17, AEV Pintlers 17" Argent. I must say, they did an excellent job and I am very pleased.

Thanks to everyone who was patient with a newbie and answered each and every question I asked. This is a great site with great members and I will be asking many more questions in the future, I am sure.

Here are a few pics for your viewing pleasure..........................

Notes:

I opted not to go with shock boots based on the suggestions and comments from a recent thread I started.

They had no troubles with installation of the Teraflex BB, unlike some others here on the forum. I even printed out the "Fix" posted on this forum from Teraflex and took it to them. Maybe that warded off the evil spirits. So, no install problems!

The AEV's look great.................however, 2 of the centers were too large and would not fit. They broke one of the retaining clips off trying to get it in and decided to stop after that. I brought them home with me and 3minutes with a dremel and a sanding wheel and kaaapow........in they went. Looks awesome, IMO.

Again............Thank you all.

Very nice! Where in TN are you? I am still trying to decide on tires/wheels and wouldn't mind seeing yours upclose if in the middle TN area.

I live in Cookeville, TN. Half way between Nashville and Knoxville just off I-40. I'd be more than happy to meet you and talk jeeps and let you look at the tires/wheels I've put on.

. . . . and best of all, with only a 2.5" boost and 33" tires, you can wheel and flex this thing as hard as you want without worrying about the Dana30 front axle splines blowing up.

And THAT, in my opinion, makes yours a far superior setup to the 4" lift / 37" tire, Sahara and X setups I've seen here . . .

Good job.
