Good news- it's running and in my posession.

Bad news- I've got white smoke pouring out the exhaust and air vents? That terrible noise is the idler pulley, which they said could go any minute. I can smell something burning, and what little power I have comes and goes as I'm driving.

Any suggestions?

Sounds like you need to clear the fan unit for the heater? Time for some fuel injection cleaner/water remover in the gas tank. Good to hear it's on the road again.
