Dealership left me 'hangin' on Warranty Work...WTF????
Two days after having a new gas tank installed (re-call), I was washing my Jeep to find that the dealership was nice enough to leave the control-arm bolt loose with no nut. Good thing I found it when I did, could have been real bad if this came all the way out while driving!!!
Lesson Learned, do a "once over" when you get your Jeep back from any kind of work being done!!!
Pretty much the same thing happened to me. I picked up my new to me 07 JK last May and on the way home I heard some rattling. Got home and crawled underneath and found the control-arm bolt loose. It had a nut on there but it was spinning freely. Had them torque it down and recheck everything.

Didn't happen in my Jeep but in my Silverado. Tranny leak repaired under warranty, service manager called said it was done, turned the key and check engine light on. Tech came out plugged in computer, right bank wiring issues. Looked under truck, wiring harness unplugged, transmission crossbrace loose, exhaust pipes loose, tranny oil all over the underside of my truck. That was the last time I was allowed to be in the service area.
