Default Death Wobble fix attempt 2

I have been dealing with some DW and after I had it 7 times in one trip I took it back to the dealer who fixed it last time. They ordered all new Trackbar and got a dual steering stabilizer. Does any one have a dual stabilizer? If so how do you like it?

Default The First Fix

The first time I took it in the dealer said that everything was ok but the stabilizer was bad so they installed a new one and re torqued the suspension

How many miles do you have on your JK? Might be time for some new ball joints.

Default Ball Joints

I have 37,500 miles I took it to 2 different dealers who both said the ball joints were still ok however I have had two offroad shops tell me that I needed new ball joints. I am currently trying to have the dealer fix what they think is wrong still under warranty. If this doesn't fix it I am going to have them install new ball joints.

Good idea. I would check your trackbar and the trackbar mounting points for wear. Also don't waste money on a alignment after the new balljoints unless you have adj. front lowers.

Thats wierd just so you know if you take your vehicle in for the same problem 6 times or more and they cant fix it you can do lemon law. i had to do it on a truck that couldnt be fixed after 11 attempts they gave me full refund on vehicle tax license and any aftermarket stuff! it took me 6 months or so but was worth it got a brand new rig! also at 37,000 ball joints should be just fine.

I had bad wobble of death. Damn pot holes. I did a driveway alignment with my 5 year old holding the measuring tape and cured it in 15 minutes.
