went back and ran over it again and again and again 
no really I pulled it to the side of the road and man that deer is healthy
BTW here is a couple of pictures after replacing:-
HOOD
GRILL
FENDERS
TEMP. SENSOR
LEFT Headlight
Grill gard this time
It still needs some alignment which wil be done by the end of the week

Ouch...and I say that for your jeep not the deer. Deer sounds like he went quick but wow you had to replace a lot on the jeep. Hope all went well with insurance and it didn't cost you an antler and a leg.
