It is one of those, and it is supposed to be "100% Airtight & Watertight". I was looking for something that sat next to the battery, and was about 6 x 9 x 2, and it fit the bill. As far as the name, I updated my first post.

Just a suggestion...you may want to drill small holes in the bottom of the box, or fill around the holes of the fuses/wires/relays that you cut out of the box with clear silicone, since if any water ever gets in there it isn't getting out that easily!

I was thinking about doing one of those, or even an LED alert on the dash that is hooked up to a water sensor inside the container.

Edit: Not yet Mikey. Still not 100% done, but VERY close.

Very nice work! Just a thought here. They (home improvement stores) sell out-door utility boxes that are plastic, water-tight, and inexpensive. That may be a better solution for a housing but I do like what you have done.

Like it, alot, I'm not sure of the container, heat/cold, elements, tend to make that particular plastic brittle over time, but the rest of it is pretty awesome. I'd consider RTV as pre-mentioned by others to seal the wiring holes. Great work

So how much is an S-pod anyway?
