I would say, Yes and No.

Yes, because I had an alignment done when I did the lift. That was about 5500 miles ago. And have only wheeled on the light side since then because I knew I wanted to get the guessets on.

No, because I did'nt do an alignment "just" befor I installed the gussets. But I do feal confident that they are ok. My understanding is that the C's get bent over time from hard wheeling with oversized tires not helping...

 

I had mine aligned the day after the gussets where put on. Everything was good to go.

Would you mind giving a ballpark cost on what AEV charged for your "C" and Lower arm gusset insall ?

x2. Please post what you were charged. I got an estimate from a shop that has done most of my work, and it seemed high. Most of the cost was tied up in the removal of the ball joints.
