I would like to see some pictures of everyone's exhaust system and know how performance is. Thanks

stock exhaust, but since i put on the new olympic rear bumper i couldnt stand looking at that silver galvanized cooler. So i primed it with high heat primer and high heat flat black.

When I started looking for an exhaust, I had 4 things on my list of needs:
1) Something just a little louder than stock but with a better tone;
2) Has good dyno results;
3) Must be small enough to mount under drivers side
3) and lastly, something reasonably priced.

With all that in mind, I went with Borla ProXS. I found a great muffler comparison and dyno test (done on Mustangs) and right away I noticed that of all the mufflers compared, the Borla ProXS had one of the best dyno results but was also one of the quietest mufflers. I was able to get it for just under $100 and installed by my local muffler shop.

Here's how it ended up: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ktp3aWItEX8

Been on about a year and I still love it!

So how has it handled on your Jeep? mileage gain? more responsive? Any Highway Drone?

I never did my own dyno testing on it so all I can say is I felt like it was better. Now I don't know if it was just the sound that influenced that feeling or the fact that I seemed to step on it a little more because I liked the sound. Honestly, any exhaust mods you do to a Jeep are mostly for sound or to relocate. The actual power benefits are debatable between little and none.

On the highway, the Borla has a nice hum to it at cruising speeds but definately is noticable at WOT. Of course I've added a CAI now too that makes it sound even better. Again, minor power gains. If you really want a more responsive Jeep, get a programmer. I just got mine from Superchips and I'm very happy.

i had the off-road mbrp on my 07 which i was suppose to get back from dealer. no luck yet! it had some drone not bad but my parents followed us on a trip and all they could talk about is how loud it was. me wife and kids talked normal and i had the trek top on. damn i'm going to the dealership and demand my exhaust back! (it was part of the deal that i got it back but one of the techs kept checking it out)

Gotta go woods...

Costs less, sounds good, no drone, is more practical, doesn't look goofy sticking out past the bumper (where you can crush the hell out of it).

Of course I am biased.

My tip peeled off and I called them. They shipped me a new one no questions asked.
