@Wendy - you're right. Now the little guy just has to be painted black (with a little red) to match the Jeep ...

@Bubblegoose - what roof rack is this?

I'm online right now checking out the Little Guy 6 wide Sport with platform in front. I think it's just what I need to put 2 dog kennels in the front (St Bernard and Yellow lab).

Bubblegoose1...you should get a commission.

We bought a LG Silver Shadow (5x10) this year and did a three week road trip to UT/NV/AZ this summer. It towed really well and we enjoyed it a lot. I can recommend the little guys.

Rolando...great endorsement.

We have been towing a Funfinder 160x for the past few years. But we sold it a few months ago because it was taking up space in my driveway. Also, we had lifted it (spring over axle) for clearance, but that made it top heavy. It would be nice to have a trailer that would fit in the garage.

Here's my previous JK ('09) with the Funfinder:

The dry weight was about 2500. The tanks were also very small, so full tanks didn't add much. It was the packing I had to be careful with.

Considering getting it wrapped, but not sure about a black camp trailer and heat.

Rack is an Off-road Logic Safari Rack; no longer around. All aluminum, very lite. This one is actually a prototype. Great rack; bummer they folded/went T.U.
