JK Show & Tell Whether they're just poser shots in your driveway or hardcore action shots on the trail, if you've got photos or videos of your Jeep JK Wrangler (or any JK for that matter that you think is worth showing off, inside or out), we want to see them so please post them here! Likewise, if you are wanting to see a photo of something specific like an aftermarket JK part or poser shot with a specific setup, this is the place to ask for it.

using an impact gun here isnt the problem. the problem was using that impact gun on its highest setting, or hammering on the lugs to make sure they are tight. i work at a tire shop and i use an impact on everything. but then i hand torque the lugs. and if the wrench just clicks without moving, i back the nut off and start over. this was just WAY to tight!!! and using the lug nuts on the spacers is just fine so long as they dont hit the wheel.

Sometimes, it's too late when you realize you went too tight.
The stud can stretch or, in the case of ribbed studs, spin them in the material.

A secretary where I used to work had her oil changed at WalMart during lunch.
They forgot to tighten the oil pan plug.
By the time she got back to work, enough oil was lost to cause BIG engine problems.
WalMart denied responsibility.
I don't know whether they ended up paying for a new engine or not.

Unless it requires special tools or equipment (or is covered under warranty), I don't trust other hands either.
