Thanks to this thread, I chose the Rugged Ridge XHD with the standard ends. It came down to this one and the Rampage and I just liked the look of the winch sitting lower in the XHD. Pretty easy install overall other than losing one of the winch nuts for a freaking hour! Did have one minor issue of not being able to thread one nut on one of the fog light bolts. I hacksawed off about 1/4" of the bolt and threaded the nut from there with no problem.

Here's the final product with the Superwinch LP10000 and the Tough Stuff flip up license plate frame.

Looks good Arebee. I'm running the same setup but have an older RR bumper and it looks like they've opened up the winch mounting area a bit as my Superwinch is a bit more snug inside that bumper.

during install ...

That looks great! I am probably going to get the hoop like you did. I thought I'd see what it looked like without it than make my decision after a few months. Looks like they opened up the winch area quite a bit. The EP9.0 is only a couple inches bigger than my LP10000. I had some issues with getting my hands in and out as I was dropping the winch into place. Can't imagine what a pain it would have been had I not had all that space!

Did you cut in your fog light holes? I thought that one came without them. CM
