Default GOBI Ranger Rack

I installed it last Sat, this thing is a beast, solid, well built, white blasted, epoxy zinc primed then powdercoated, all SS hardware, really pleased with it. The front removable/lockable insert (front top storage non-welded in) will be here today or tomorrow and the quick-disconnect and lean-cable (for removing soft-top) will be here early next week. Not a single rattle whatsoever. GOBI has great customer service, Sandra is a 1st class person to work with, you have a technical question she answers it, no candy a55 one word replies, great company to do business with

EDIT: New Pics from trip to Hidden Falls this weekend, no doors or softop windows. I never bring an axe or the hi-lift, just didn't have room, first time out bringing them I ended up using them to help out a TJ on "Wet & Wild"

You need to, you'll love it.

Wasn't bad at all, aligning the main fulcrum supports out back at the pinch seam mounts and lining up with the frame supports took a little longer than I expected but it all worked out and came together nicely.

I like.

The ladder confuses me though

EDIT: I just checked... and "no drilling required". That's good. How sturdy is it? How sturdy is it when "leaning" backwards (for putting top down)?

What is the difference in the stealth racks and the ranger racks?

Looks great! This is one of my favorite roof racks. If it is not too much trouble... can you take pics of the rack tilted back? I would like to also see close ups of the ladder tilted and tilted.

Yeah the ladder just attaches at the fulcrum base, actually above it so it swivels down and attaches to the rack up hi, it's rock solid up, down whatever. I'll have to remove it once a year to put the hardtop back on, but my two teen daughters and wife and myself can lift the four corners, set it on the driveway, back in lower the HT with the hoist, drive out and reverse install the HT, simple. For the softtop it's super simple, just leans back and hangs with a strap.
