If it's a raised logo, get some dental floss and slowly slide it in behind and cut the backing away. If it's just a sticker loft a corner and pull it off.

Use a heat gun on a low setting. That should losen up the glue enough to pull it off. I did that to all the decals/logos on mine and it didnt ruin the paint at all

will prolly take a little longer, but yeah... dont hold it in one spot too long, though...
work it around. and good point - fishing line is stronger than floss to push its way through.
