Homemade tube summer doors
I used long stainless steel screws. I don't remember the size but I just went to the hardware store with a nut from the stock door hinge.
I used standard 2" x 2" galvanized square tubbing
You can find them under AutoLoc BCSM Bear Claw Latch Set

T&ERun is right. I just bought the welder during a special sale and started practicing. Youtube helps a lot. The hard part is getting everything together and that, for the most part, it's just having the initiative to go and do it.
Cheers!

I'm bout to give them a shot. Might pick up a stick of metal today. Just have to get the tools to my house. I'm going to look into the door hinges that bolt on the stock door so I can make everything sit flush in the frame and you can use the stock nuts to tighten it in and reducing rattling. Depends on how much they cost.
