Man, I ain't heard from you in awhile, pimp! How's things going? I concur, 45 degrees is soft top weather to the T! I grew up in the Antelope Valley, so "cold" strikes me as anything BELOW the freezing point of water...the scientific definition, doncha' know!
Anyways, we'll see how long I keep this thing off...it was a royal pain in the a$$ to remove...so I'm gonna milk the topless feeling for all it's worth! Ha ha ha ha ha.

Well, up in the Antelope Valley where my folks, live, yeah...I guess I was referring to LA County, not L.A. proper.

P.S. - Yeah, both my bumpers are Body Armor...pretty sturdy stuff, just not the prettiest thing to look at.

Russ D.
Yep, the Body Armor rear bumper has provisions for mounting a CB antenna, a high lift jack, AND two jerry cans. The only downside is, with the jerry cans and/or Hi Lift jack mounted, you have to space your spare tire out a little too far. When I did this, I got an undue amount of flex on the rear bumper whenever I hit a bump (and you could really feel it at highway speeds). It might be a different on an Unlimited, but it was sufficiently annoying enough for me to move my spare tire in as far as it would go, and then just not use the jerry can OR Hi Lift mounts. That's the only downside to this bumper...other than that, rock solid.

Pretty good man christmas break is ending though so back to the grind which blows.
get ya'self a safari top and its all good!
it will scare you the first time it gets soaked....but after the first few times you realize its not going to hurt it any
i had mine out all summer with no top, i had water flowing out the door openings on many an occasion lol
