Default New again..

I loved the Jeep Green Metallic color from the start, but I didn't care for the 3.8L. So...I said I would drive it until the tires wore out and start the build-up for a family overland JK. Well...30K miles later, the build begins...and I soon will have a new '08 Jeep Green Metallic JK again! I'll post more pics when AEV sends them. Here are a couple for now!

New in 2008!

New again with 5.7L Hemi and 37's...in 2015!

That is beautiful, buddy! How are you liking the 5.7 HEMI? It may be the same route I go.

Well...it's still in Michigan at the AEV facility right now. It is going through heat cycle testing and final inspections. It will probably be another week before I get it back. They installed and are testing Dynatrac's big brake kit on my JK...so this is the first time they've installed this kit on a JK conversion in their shop. I hope it really makes a difference in braking power since I'll be pulling a trailer too. I'll post more pics when I get the Jeep back. I've driven the 5.7 conversion in a newer JK with 4.56 gears...but I chose 4.88's for my build, so I'm sure it will feel different off the line. I'm sure I'll still grin when the light turns green
