Titus canyon in Death Valley

The snow was alot better before the rain set in.

I drove that, in my F-150, a few years back. It is an awesome, if not particularly challenging, drive!

 

Here's my contribution. These were taken in one afternoon and evening in June of 2007 near Lake City and Silverton, Colorado. The weather was perfect, and driving in these mountains that day with the top down was about as close to heaven as I can imagine.







I'm a little better at taking pictures of just the landscapes, so if anyone wants to see more please feel free to ask.

We'll be right behind you coming down from Georgetown. After seeing someone's pics from Ouray, Colorado we decided in 2009 we're going.
