Cardinal Falls, one run I did on a club trip upto Pembina Forks. Also did Ruby Falls, fantastic wheeling and scenery.

awesome shot. i especially love the fact that the mountain in the background, yamnuska, i climbed with several friends 2 years ago the best part of that mountain is the part on the backside where you have to cross a narrow ledge guided only by a wire bolted into the mountain, with rock face on one side, drop off on the other. very nerveracking but fun


this reminds me...i really need to get some of my vacation pics on here.

Horsepasture trails , in SC around the Jocasse Gorge and Jocasse Lake. Very beautiful forest sytem.
